Carol comes to career management and coaching with a colorful grassroots background. She began her high tech career in Human Resources within the telecom and semiconductor industry.  Carol has been an executive coach, a career consultant, human resources business partner for global workforces, recruiter, employee development professional, marketing program manager, as well as responsible for employee communications for worldwide marketing and sales at National Semiconductor.  Carol has a Bachelor of Science degree focused in interpersonal & intercultural communications is a Certified Hudson Institute Professional Coach and a certified Birkman Method practitioner.
